  • Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels, reserving grease in skillet.

Simple and delicious! My husband does not like tomatoes so I used salsa instead. I do like tomatoes but have to admit that I think the salsa worked better and added more flavor. What a great way to use up leftover chicken! Read More
