Made it with 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts. No changes to the recipe and it turned out great. Would have taken a pic but the family devoured it.
Read MoreThe recipe didn't specify what kind of thighs to use, but given the cook time, I assumed bone-in, skin-on. The marinade is very thick and sweet. I thought it could use a bit of vinegar or oil to thin it out some, but decided to make it exactly as written. Be careful, as the sauce has a tendency to burn because of the sugars. Also, there is really no need to flip the thighs after 20 mins. I thought the flavor was decent, but probably not something I would go out of my way to make again.

I didn't have dijon so I used regular mustard with a splash of white wine vinegar. Also we cooked them on the grill. So yummy! I have made honey-dijon chicken before but I think this was the best recipe yet.
Made as written and these were simple and good. The broiling step is a must to get a nice color and crisp on the skin. I'll keep this recipe on hand for when grilling isn't an option.
This recipe was delicious. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs (all I had on hand) but followed it exactly otherwise. All of us enjoyed it, we'll definitely cook it again.
I have made it a few times now and the family really enjoys it. I didn't have honey on hand so used Canadian Maple Syrup and it turned out great.
I think it was a 5 , however I cut it in half since were only two, perhaps a little less basil and oregano
had some cherry mustard and its just the twist I like in a recipe of chicken
I made this tasty chicken last night. I upped the recipe to about 8 servings so my husband and I could eat it throughout the week. He loved it and so did I! I put about a 1/4 cup more honey because I know we love sweets and it was so good! I would definitely recommend.
Not much favor. I went as directions said. Chicken was not crispy. Will not make again
I don't cook much, but this seemed easy .. and it was! I added a little extra olive oil to the mix. It was tender and tasty and the family loved it. It is on the list to cook again. We served with rice.
I like that the thighs really soaked up the flavor from the marinade. I didn’t like how greasy they ended up being.
Chicken thighs are my favorite. This recipe made them even better! Became a family favorite fast!
I used all the ingredients, but doubled it and added breasts. Easy to make, but we did not like the flavor. We slathered BBQ sauce on the leftover chicken and grilled it. Will not make this again.
Good recipe! I omitted the basil and oregano and replaced with a 1/2 tsp. of thyme for personal taste. I also cooked in the air fryer at 380 degrees, flipping several times, until internal temp got to 165 degrees F. This marinade has a lot of sugar in it, so be careful, the skin does tend to burn easily but it does make a delicious glaze on the chicken and when made in the air fryer, the skin comes out crispy and delicious. I would definitely make this recipe again.
