Skinny White Chocolate Peanut Butter Latte

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)

  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®) (Optional)

  • 1 cup coffee


  1. Pour white chocolate syrup into a mug.

  2. Heat almond milk, peanut butter powder, and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and froth with an immersion blender. Pour milk into the mug, holding foam back with the back of a spoon. Add coffee and top with foam.

Cook's Notes:

If using a Ninja(R) Coffee Bar, select cup size, Specialty brew.

Any type of nut milk can be used.
