Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread

  • 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed

  • 1 fresh peach, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

  2. Lightly butter the slice of bread and lay peach slices on top. Grill gently on the preheated grill until peach softens. Dot with mascarpone cheese and drizzle with honey.
