You can use frozen blueberries instead of fresh. Microwave for 1 minute instead.

5.24.19 My blueberries were not soft after 30 seconds at high so I gave them another 10 seconds (timing will always vary depending on the power of your microwave). I must say this certainly was simple and was a small dessert for two after lunch today. Needless to say you won t get the crispy crunchiness on the topping that you get with baking but all in all it tasted pretty good. Just a little on the dry side so if I make again I d probably bump up the butter a bit in the oatmeal topping. Read More
