  • Thread marshmallows onto wooden skewers. Hold skewers over a gas stove flame until marshmallows are toasted. Sandwich marshmallows between cookie halves.

Cook's Note:

Would be great with different kinds of Oreo(R) cookies, like chocolate-filled or mint-flavored. I don't recommend using double-stuffed cookies; the marshmallow adds enough sweetness.
