  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes before use to prevent scorching.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Thread 1 piece each of pineapple, strawberries, banana, peaches, and plums onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
  5. Combine honey, lime juice, and mint in a small bowl. Brush dressing onto kebabs and grill about 4 minutes more.
