Rated as 5 out of 5 Stars

"Craving hot wings but don't want the calories? This hummus variation will do the trick. Creamy, low fat, and full of flavor. Can be made as hot or mild as you like. Tastes great with celery sticks, too! It's good right away, and even better the next day!"

  1. Combine garbanzo beans and great northern beans in a large colander; rinse and allow to drain.
  2. Place the beans, wing sauce, ranch dressing mix, lemon juice, tahini, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add olive oil and blend until hummus has thinned to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.

Footnotes

  • Cook's Note:
  • Save some juice when draining and rinsing the beans to use as a substitute for the olive oil, if desired.
