A very tasty and refreshing salad. I loved the combination of ingredients and you can taste them all...the honey, the lemon, the apples and the almonds. Make sure you toast those almonds, as it really adds flavor. The issue I had was that there wasn't nearly enough dressing....1/2 tablespoon the a "drizzle" (how much??) of oil will not cover a full bunch of kale. I doubled it, and it was still very light. I think it would be much easier to massage the kale with the sale, instead of the lemon juice, and to save the lemon juice to whisk together with the oil and honey. Read More
