Wanted mayo free recipe for lunch during all day visit to VA clinic with husband. Kept amazingly well using insulated lunch box with ice pack. I substituted capers for the peppers since it seemed more Mediterranean with the feta cheese & used white albacore for the tuna. Great taste, especially with crackers (I forgot the forks). Read More
