Add chicken, onion, Creole seasoning, and hot sauce. Bring mixture to a rolling boil. Add noodles and reduce heat to medium; cook for 3 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the included noodle seasoning packet and pepper Jack cheese. Let cool slightly before serving.
