I added three eggs and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. I decreased the oil to 1/2 cup. I tried baking it in two 9x5 loaf pans, but they came out flat and small. Next time I will use the 13x9 pan, or use two smaller loaf pans. I didn't make a glaze for it. My family really liked it.

I added icing sugar to the glaze , just didn't seem right without it . Cake is ok .
