This was so good! I had to buy a few of the spices I didn’t already have and it was well worth it!! The only change I made was I used maybe 2/3 of the black pepper the recipe called for. But that’s just personal preference. Read More

This was a really nice mix and worked great for the beef shawarma I made. The recipe submitter mentions this version in lighter on the cloves and indeed it was. That was a huge bonus for us since a little clove flavor goes a long ways. Thanks for sharing! Read More
