  • Pour tea leaves into a French press carafe with the plunger up. Pour water on top. Cover and store on the counter or the fridge for 8 to 12 hours.

Cook's Notes:

You can also brew the tea in a large bottle or bowl. After steeping, pour tea through a few layers of cheesecloth into a storage bottle.
