I tried these cookie bars at a friend's house and immediately wanted the recipe. These bars are so rich and decadent, but they really couldn't be any easier to make.

Just as the recipe submitter states, these are super easy to make. I chose to only add 1/2 cup coconut, wish I hadn't added any at all, since the family didn't care for the coconut in these bars.
