Original recipe yields 10 servings (1 loaf)
- Place butter, honey, egg, whole wheat flour, bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, bananas, sourdough starter, and vanilla extract in a bread machine, in that order.
- Select Quick Bread cycle. Dip clean fingers into the dough after the last knead and remove the paddles so they don't make holes in your loaf. Remove dough from the machine after baking, about 1 hour 35 minutes. Cool before slicing.
