Great recipe. I did have to change the buttermilk, though, I used 1 cup sour cream an1 cup milk (allowed it to sit for about 15 minutes and then added my chicken pieces to it). Also, I used a smoked paprika and 1 Tbsp garlic powder (both because of my family's personal preference. Results they were gone as fast as I brought them out of Air Fryer. Thank you so much for sharing this great recipe.

I thought there were great! They came out well done and crispy just like the ones in the main picture. While preparing, I put too many tenders in the buttermilk so I left extras in the buttermilk overnight. When I made them the following day, as an encore from my partner, they were super tender. I'll likely do that from now on.
Breading did not adhere after air frying and the flavor was not very good.

Made these nuggets to dip in sauce. They did not disappoint! Chicken was cooked perfectly - done all the way through and still very moist. Normally I don’t branch out and try recipes with a low number of reviews but glad I took a risk on this one. Highly recommend!
I varied the recipe slightly reading reviews. I added 1 cup sour cream to buttermilk and used smoked paprika. I also deep fried some and air fried others using same batter for both and leftover Thanksgiving turkey breast nuggets. Looks from oil (bottom nugget) better than air fried but couldn't taste any difference. Will be making again
I was skeptical about how crisp and crunchy these would turn out. But I was pleasantly surprised! I followed the directions completely. These came out crispy and excellent! Next time I make them I will be adding more seasoning to them. To ensure that the chicken stayed tender, after I cut the breasts into bite sized pieces before I let them rest in the buttermilk, I filled a container with a lid with hot water and poured salt into it and then let the chicken brine in the hot water for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Five stars. These came out perfectly! I used gluten free ingredients. My kids devoured them. Thank you for the recipe. It’s a winner!
I like the coating texture, although it lacks flavor. Maybe this should be chalked up to me being an air fryer newbie, or possibly it varies by air fryer brand, but my results were these should have been cooked longer than two minutes once flipped.
These were great! I increased the batch size and added crushed red pepper flakes to the breadcrumbs. The fam said "yum"!
