  1. Beat cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cocoa powder, stevia, and vanilla extract in a second bowl using an electric mixer. Fold 1 tablespoon of whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in remaining whipped cream until well incorporated. Spoon chocolate mousse into individual serving bowls and refrigerate.
