Hot Nutty Irish Coffee

"This is a great after-dinner coffee. I like to add a mixture of cinnamon and sugar to the rim before I make them. We sometimes use green sugar. Enjoy!"

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon together on a flat dish. Wet the rim of a mug and dunk into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Pour Irish cream and hazelnut liqueur into the mug. Add coffee. Top coffee with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

  • Start with a fresh pot of coffee. I use Columbian whole bean. You can use any brand of coffee as long as it's fresh.
