  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add salmon fillets. Pour white wine, honey, and lemon juice over salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until liquid cooks down to a syrupy consistency, 10 to 12 minutes. Make sure to turn salmon fillets every few minutes.
  2. Plate salmon and drizzle syrup on top.
