Original recipe yields 2 servings (2 bagel sandwiches)
- Smashed Avocado: In small bowl, combine avocado and lime juice and smash roughly with potato masher or back of fork. Add cilantro and season.
- Roasted Jalapeno Cream Cheese: Combine cream cheese, jalapeno, and Monterey Jack cheese in small bowl and stir to combine. Season.
- To Assemble: Warm or toast each bagel slightly. On bottom half of each bagel, place generous amount of cream cheese. Top with ham steaks, followed by tomato, then smashed avocado. Place bagel tops on each.
