Tasty and easy to make, I think next time I will use shredded Parmesan instead of grated.

Lots of compliments at Easter Brunch. I used Asiago instead of Parmesan. I will definitely make this again!
These Brussel Sprouts were delicious! A hit with my husband who is not a huge fan of Brussel Sprouts.
Excellent! I have made this many times for family and friends. It's always a hit. I make is according to the instructions, except I use shredded parmesan. I also use minced garlic from the jar. A couple of times I cooked it a little longer by accident, and it's just as good - more charred, but we like them like that too. Thanks for the recipe!
Excellent! I prepared according to the recipe and had it as my dinner tonight. I used 4 good sized garlic cloves. The recipe says five but garlic cloves vary in size quite a bit so I just had to wing it - I really love garlic so was quite pleased.
This was incredible! we like cheese so I used 1 1/2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese and a little extra olive oil. We will certainly make it again!
