  1. Whisk lime juice, honey, lime zest, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar together in a small bowl.
  2. Place mangos and papaya in a large bowl. Stir lime dressing again and pour over fruit. Lightly stir fruit and dressing, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

This is very similar to how we usually eat papaya (with lime juice and honey). The addition of balsamic vinegar scared me a bit, so I cut that back to just a sprinkle (probably more like 1 tsp)....
