This was absolute heaven served on a grilled buttered roll. I omitted the green peppers (personal preference) and used green onions. The celery adds a nice crunch. This is a keeper. Read More

I did make this using real crab from a can and the entire thing is only 3 net carbs without a bun. It wasn't bad. I ate it plain but it would probably be better on some good keto bread. Read More

Sorry, but I bought all the stuff to make this and then read the carbs. It's unfortunately not keto. It's almost an entire days worth in one meal (20 net carbs and the nutritional label says it's is about 18 if you subtract the fiber from the carbs). It could be considered low carb, but not keto :-(. Is it possible it was calculated wrong or bread was calculated in the total? I calculated the carbs and it was about 4 net grams according to the Carb Manager app. Read More

SORRY, NOT KETO. Too high in carbs and fake crab meat is high in sugars. USE REAL FOOD. Like real crab meat. And use the best mayo you can find or make your own. Most mayo is not truly keto either. Bad oils and added sugars are the culprit to be avoided. Ingredients matter. Do real keto, with clean, whole foods. Not fake frankenfoods. Read More
