Easy Protein Egg White Muffins
These are awesome for some added protein to your breakfast, and for those who have not too much time on their hands to prepare a healthy breakfast. You can store these in your fridge for about 5 to 6 days.
Instead of whole wheat you can use brown rice flour, bean flour, coconut flour, or just whatever flour you can think of. Also if you want your muffins to contain some good carbohydrates, you can add some old-fashioned oats to the recipe.
Use whatever spice mix you like as long as it contains little amount of salt.
