Lemon and Garlic Shrimp
I usually add 2 tablespoons of garlic, because I love garlic.
As you can see in the picture, my lemon juice and zest looks like a block because it was frozen. I spent about 10 minutes one day juicing lemons and zesting them. I then placed the juice and zest it in an ice cube tray. Once it was frozen solid, I put them in zip lock bags to use for later.
