- Heat a skillet over high heat. Melt lemon juice, butter, and lemon zest together. Add shrimp and garlic; season with pepper. Cook until shrimp are hot, about 3 minutes.

- I usually add 2 tablespoons of garlic, because I love garlic.
- As you can see in the picture, my lemon juice and zest looks like a block because it was frozen. I spent about 10 minutes one day juicing lemons and zesting them. I then placed the juice and zest it in an ice cube tray. Once it was frozen solid, I put them in zip lock bags to use for later.
