This is one of my family's absolute favorite snacks, and it's way better than the guacamole you buy at the store! This recipe makes enough for about 4 people, as an appetizer or poolside snack (served with tortilla chips).

You can use 1 large tomato instead of cherry tomatoes.

This is super simple and really good. There's always 1 tablespoon of salsa left at the bottom of the jar! I was thinking about freezing salsa in 1 tablespoon cubes so I can make this on demand. Read More
