"This is one of my family's absolute favorite snacks, and it's way better than the guacamole you buy at the store! This recipe makes enough for about 4 people, as an appetizer or poolside snack (served with tortilla chips)."

  1. Combine chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.

  • Cook's Notes:
  • You can use 1 large tomato instead of cherry tomatoes.
  • Feel free to add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice to prevent the dip from going brown.
