Slow Cooker Overnight Oatmeal with Apples, Cranberries, and Walnuts

  1. Line a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Place apples, cranberries, oats, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg inside. Pour in milk and water and mix to combine. Cover.
  2. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Sprinkle cooked oatmeal with chopped walnuts.

Great oatmeal! Really like the cranberry/apple/spice flavor! I used maple syrup in place of brown sugar, and lessened the amount to about 1/4 cup. I don't care for overly sweet anything, so this...
