I made it on Taco Tuesday! Yes, instead of sausage I had some pulled pork I added. It gave it some heftiness that we liked. I will definitely cook this again. I drained the Rotel, keeping only a small amount of the liquid, retaining the rest in case I needed it. I didn’t have any problem with it being too runny. We enjoyed it a lot! Nancy Read More
