Easy Slow Cooker Turkey Sausage, Potatoes, and Kimchi

This super-simple slow cooker recipe literally has 3 ingredients and couldn't be easier. Kielbasa, potatoes, and kimchi is all you need.

Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 13 ounces turkey kielbasa, sliced

  • 14 ounces kimchi

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker. Add kielbasa and top with kimchi. Cover.

  2. Cook on High for 4 hours. Mix before serving.

Cook's Note:

You can use sauerkraut instead of kimchi, and you can use other Polish sausage.
