  1. Place potatoes in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker. Add kielbasa and top with kimchi. Cover.
  2. Cook on High for 4 hours. Mix before serving.

  • You can use sauerkraut instead of kimchi, and you can use other Polish sausage.
