Line the bottom of a baking dish with aluminum foil; grease with cooking spray. Spread chicken drumsticks in the baking dish. Add potatoes, onion, and carrots. Pour chicken stock over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and seasoning blend on top. Cover baking dish with foil; poke a few holes in the foil with a sharp knife.
