- Combine rice cereal, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, margarine, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix together by hand. Roll into 24 cookie balls.
- Pour graham cracker crumbs into a shallow bowl. Roll cookie balls in graham crumbs until evenly coated.
