Simple Sautéed Sesame Chicken

This recipe with sautéed chicken breast slices made with basic pantry ingredients is a healthier, simpler, and more savory take on sesame chicken. My husband absolutely loves it. It's the perfect alternative to a night in with takeout. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, and water chestnuts.

You can use toasted sesame oil if desired, and gluten-free flour will work in place of regular flour.
