This is a great recipe. I doctored it up a little bit, not much, but it was truly amazing. I used green chile olive oil, which gave it a bit of a kick, and used 12 oz carrots and 12 oz Brussels ...

Excellent recipe, the only changes I made was to add sweet potato and instead of lemon juice, I drizzled honey over the top of the caramelized veggies. I will absolutely make this again. Than...

This was very good. I used Chicken apple sausage, potatoes and yellow and red peppers in addition to the carrots, onions, and apples. I loved the caramelization after the broiling.

This was amazing and I got tons of compliments - I made it for a dinner for a large group of people and didn't change a thing on the recipe.

Very easy to make. I used two onions and added halved baby potatoes. I thought the apple was a nice touch. Will make again.

Yum, yum, yum!!! Easy and soooo delicious.
