  1. Mix melted ice cream, flour, and baking powder together in a microwave-safe mug. Stir in cocoa powder. Microwave until top of cake looks done, about 90 seconds. Top with vanilla ice cream.

I was really surprised that this turned out well. Mine only took 70 seconds, and it was moist and tasty. I made mine with mint chocolate chip ice cream!
