Allrecipes messed up the wording... just wanted to make it clear that it s cooked covered. Uncover just to stir. Top with an egg or two per serving cooked your favorite way and some toast on the side and this makes a great brunch or lunch. 1/3/19 update: fried up some eggs and added leftover turkey to make this a one-dish dinner skillet.
