  • Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, coffee, and vanilla extract. Let cool briefly, then refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.

Cook's Note:

Imitation maple syrup or pancake syrup will work fine, but for a true maple flavor, pure maple syrup is the best.

I scaled the recipe down to 2 servings and made 1 very big serving for myself. I'm glad I did because I really enjoyed this iced coffee. I did substitute International Delight Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee Creamer for the heavy cream. Will make this again. Thanks for the recipe! Read More
