  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until barely simmering. Add the chocolate and cocoa and whisk until the chocolate melts. Remove from heat; stir in the Baileys. Divide between 2 mugs. Top with marshmallow and freshly grated nutmeg.


Cook's Notes:

Use chopped dark chocolate instead of chocolate chips if you prefer.

Substitute regular whipped cream for the whipped topping if desired.
