  1. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until easily pierced with a fork, about 20 minutes. Drain.
  2. Add margarine, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot. Beat together, gradually adding milk, until potatoes reach a whipped consistency.

It came out awesome!

Simple and straight forward just how mashed potatoes should be. I do recommend using butter instead of margarine.
