I had to cut back on the baking time and only had almond extract (not vanilla) on hand but otherwise followed the recipe. The family loved it. I will definitely make this again. Read More

I combined ideas from the recipe on the inside of the chocolat bar with that of this one. I made the truffle with the cream but increased the amounts so it made 8 cakes. The egg amounts were different too. I used the eggs as directed on the chocolate box. They turned out great! Both recipes are from Ghirardelli. Read More

Omg moist and magnificent. My 10 year old made these and they were amazing! We only had semi sweet Ghiradelli baking bars inStead of unsweetened but they worked well. Also made our own cake flour from an online substitution adding corn starch to all purpose flour. We added powdered sugar instead of whipped cream. Read More

I made these.. I ve actually made these a couple of times trying to get them right and this time I finally did! I was so excited that the lava flowed out just perfectly! However the bittersweet chocolate is just overwhelming with bitterness! Is there any other chocolate that you could recommend? I was really shooting for the same (or as close as I can get it) taste as dominos. That sweet chocolatey taste and this was just more bitter than anything else..! Read More
