Original recipe yields 4 servings
- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add sweet potato, cover, and steam until tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Peel and cut into chunks.
- Combine sweet potato, almond milk, cocoa powder, agave nectar, peanut butter, and almond extract in a blender; blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if mixture is too thick. Serve immediately.
