Cheesy Corn Dip

Delicious corn and cheese dip. Addictive. Given to me years ago by a sweet friend. Serve with corn chip scoops.

Ingredients

  • 2 (11 ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained

  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 5 green onions, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or more to taste

  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste

Directions

  1. Mix corn, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning together in a large bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate until flavors meld, 4 hours to overnight.
