I came up with this recipe the other night to go along with the Garlic Prime Rib recipe posted on this site. It was a great combination! We like or horseradish to have a good kick, so if you like less bite, just reduce the amount of prepared horseradish.

While this is typically made for prime rib, I love a good horseradish sauce on my smoked brisket. This was simple and got better the longer it sat. it did end up needing just a bit more salt and an extra couple shakes of hot sauce. I made another similar sauce from this site at the same time and this one was by far the better recipe. Read More
