Hot Buttered Rum in a Slow Cooker

Rated as 5 out of 5 Stars

"A 50/50 mix of hot water and dark rum, a little butter, and a sprinkle of brown sugar, all spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a pinch of salt. It's smooth, sweet, and salty, with a slight bite from the rum. Economy party-sized."

Made this and brought it for Christmas Eve. It was a HUGE hit with comments such as "this would be perfect after a day of skiing or snowboarding", and "I cant wait to make this". I didnt change...

This was excellent. Much better that what my father made years ago.

I made a half batch with Bacardi Black rum. This will become a party favorite!
