This is the perfect dip to make especially if you’re having company, etc., when flavor and texture are priority over diet concerns. It’s great exactly as is & very easy to multiply for larger groups. If you use the lower fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel) as indicated it doesn’t require as much time, if any, to soften. Using my food processor w/proper attachment, I easily doubled this with little effort and it was loved by all! Served w/fruit “kabobs” of apples, pineapple, & celery. Read More
