  1. Combine salad greens, tomato, avocado, and cilantro on a plate. Drizzle with salad dressing.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add sliced halloumi and cook on each side until golden brown, about 90 seconds per side. Remove from pan, quickly chop, and sprinkle over salad. Serve immediately, while cheese is still hot.
