  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Slowly add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until well incorporated and sauce thickens, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in salt, nutmeg, and white pepper.

What the heck is the point of an Alfredo sauce without garlic and Parmesan cheese? Seriously? You are very wrong! Sorry, but it's true!!!

This is my secret weapon for staying on Keto/Low Carb program. Try it on spaghetti squash or zoodles. Excellent!

I made it according to the recipe but for the nutmeg. It was AWESOME! This recipe is so simple that I will never buy Alfredo Sauce in a jar again...ever.
