This breakfast salad is a great, fresh start to the day! An apple a day keeps the doctor away...and this salad has 4!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 4 Gala apples, diced

  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, halved

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)

Directions

  1. Combine apples and grapes in a medium bowl.

  2. Mix Greek yogurt and honey together in separate bowl. Pour mixture into the bowl with the apples and grapes; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  3. Stir salad before serving and sprinkle walnuts on top.

Use your favorite nuts.
