  1. Combine apples and grapes in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt and honey together in separate bowl. Pour mixture into the bowl with the apples and grapes; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Stir salad before serving and sprinkle walnuts on top.
