"A copycat of a lemon-tahini dressing made by a very well-known coffee shop. There are simplified versions, but try making this one, it's definitely worth the effort."

  1. Combine tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice in a jar; stir to combine. Add water gradually to thin the mixture. Add 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon tamari, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon agave nectar, parsley, cilantro, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir until everything is well combined.

  • You can refrigerate the dressing 30 minutes before use.

8.27.18 This is a good all-purpose dressing which would be good not only on salad greens, but also on roasted veggies or meats, particularly chicken. Thanks for sharing your recipe Karla.
