  1. Combine drink mix, almond butter, oats, banana, and coconut in a medium bowl.
  2. Line an 8-inch baking pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  3. Press mixture evenly into the pan and place freeze until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Cut into bars. Serve frozen, or let soften in the refrigerator.

  • I prefer to store these in the freezer for a firmer texture. If you keep these in the refrigerator, they will have a soft, gooey texture.
